We were passing by dr. Cafe Coffee in Ara Damansara, when the bunting in the window caught our eye. It said "Wake up your garden", with an offer to take a free bag of its coffee compost.
Not one to pass up anything "free", I asked Boy to go in to request for his bag of coffee compost.

It came with an informative leaflet on the chemical composition of the compost, directions for usage and some points of caution.
The kiddos had fun feeding the plants in the garden with the coffee compost today.
Baby said, "I am a tractor", as he dished out handfuls of coffee compost into the pots. Seemed a lot cleaner than playing with dirt, and safer than handling chemical fertilizers.
